Overview

Euro-Wall LLC is hiring a Buyer to support purchasing, vendor management, and inventory flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to keeping operations running efficiently while driving cost savings and supplier performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Place and manage purchase orders based on ERP/MRP demand
  • Coordinate with vendors on pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
  • Expedite orders and resolve shortages to avoid production delays
  • Build supplier relationships and negotiate cost savings
  • Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and assist with invoice discrepancies
  • Support internal teams and handle office supply receiving/distribution

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1+ year of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience
  • Experience working in an ERP/MRP system
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic negotiation and vendor communication experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Nice-to-Have

  • Manufacturing or MRO purchasing experience
  • Experience with systems like Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong cost-savings/negotiation track record
  • Inventory control or cycle count experience
  • Familiarity with supplier performance metrics (QCDD)

Work Environment

  • On-site role across office, production, and stockroom
  • May lift up to 40 lbs as needed
