What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate on our Multi-Slide Line, you will:

• Assemble door panels according to specifications
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety and quality
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
• Report production issues or defects to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
• Support continuous improvement efforts on the production line

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing and moving for extended periods
• Use of hands for tools and assembly work

Work Environment

• Manufacturing facility with machinery and moderate noise levels
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
