Your Role as a Stockroom Associate:
As a Stockroom Associate, you will play a vital role in keeping materials organized, accessible, and flowing to production efficiently. This hands-on position ensures that inventory is accurately received, stored, tracked, and issued in alignment with production needs and warehouse procedures. Your attention to detail and reliability help keep the entire operation running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Handling & Organization
Receive incoming goods and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
Label, organize, and store materials following FIFO and lot-control standards
Maintain clean, safe, and orderly stockroom and storage areas
Material Distribution
Pull and issue materials accurately to production teams and internal departments
Document inventory movements in ERP or tracking systems
Support inventory counts, periodic audits, and stock adjustments
Equipment Operation & Shipping
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
Utilize UPS Worldship to prepare, process, and ship customer orders
Other Duties as Assigned
Assist leadership with stockroom projects, process improvements, and workflow needs

Solid understanding of inventory control and documentation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
12 years of warehouse, stockroom, or inventory experience preferred
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
Forklift certification is a plus
