Your Role as a Manufacturing Technician:

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will assist the manufacturing engineers by applying best practices in all aspects of work. You will collaborate with internal customers to enhance service delivery, improve manufacturing fabrication and assembly processes, design workstations, and perform CNC programming.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manufacturing & Process Improvement:

• Promote and implement best safety practices in all aspects of work.
• Define, establish, and improve manufacturing fabrication and assembly processes, methods, and standards.
• Establish process metrics, capacity, and efficiency analysis.
• Perform continuous improvement activities related to SQDC.

🔹 Design & Programming:

• Design workstations, jigs, and fixtures to support improvement activities.
• Perform CNC programming and provide machine support.
• Work with product-specific Inventor models to produce and enhance customer approval drawings and templates.

🔹 Collaboration & Support:

• Collaborate with internal customers to provide exceptional service.
• Specify, purchase, and implement equipment and technology.
• Analyze and recommend solutions for custom requests, including hardware and special configurations.

🔹 Other Duties as Assigned:

• Contribute to team efforts by achieving goals and supporting colleagues.

What You Need to Succeed:

✔ Qualifications:

• Technical degree (2 or 4 years) in a technical or engineering field is a plus.
• Experience with CNC programming is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor (preferred), or SolidWorks.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel.
• Understanding of product fabrication, hardware, and assembly.
