Your Role as Maintenance Technician:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining Euro-Wall’s equipment and facilities to ensure seamless production operations. This position requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments. You will be responsible for routine and emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and general facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Maintenance Operations

• Maintain CNC machinery and other production equipment to ensure optimal runtime

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment and building systems

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems

• Conduct general carpentry and facility repairs

🔹 Collaboration & Compliance

• Support production teams with equipment readiness and emergency repairs

• Coordinate with departments to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption

• Maintain accurate service records and logs using Limble CMMS

• Adhere to safety regulations and internal procedures

🔹 Other Duties as Assigned

What You Need to Succeed:

✔ Key Competencies:

• Broad technical aptitude across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals (CAD background a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities

• Physically able to lift 40 lbs. and perform hands-on work in a production environment

✔ Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Trade school, technical training, or certifications preferred

• Prior experience with CNC machines or automated manufacturing equipment

• Multi-discipline maintenance background

Goals and KPIs:

• Maintain Limble CMMS Asset Management Database

• Monitor and improve Cost of Maintenance (CoM)

• Reduce Work Order Cycle Time

• Contribute to high Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE): Uptime/Downtime
