Euro-Wall is seeking a Wood Clad Technician to join our production team!

The Custom Clad Technician is responsible for the precise application of natural wood veneer cladding to Euro-Wall’s aluminum door systems, ensuring a seamless wood-like appearance. This position requires expertise in woodworking, the ability to work with various materials and adhesives, and a commitment to quality control and safety. The technician will play a critical role in crafting high-end, custom door solutions for our clientele. 

What You’ll Do:

✔ Apply natural wood veneer to aluminum door systems with precision and attention to detail.
✔ Mill and assemble wood veneer components, including specialty add-ons.
✔ Use woodworking tools such as table saws, routers, and planers safely and effectively.
✔ Integrate custom glass applications and other specialty features.
✔ Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure top-tier craftsmanship.
✔ Package completed door systems securely for transport.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or a related field.
🔹 Proficiency with woodworking tools and adhesives.
🔹 Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
🔹 Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
🔹 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

🏋️ Ability to lift 100+ lbs.
🏭 Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
🛠️ Capable of standing, bending, and working with tools for extended periods.
